Tu respuesta es bastante buena, pero puede mejorarse.
No es necesario, ni recomendable, utilizar the antes de medical insurance, aunque tampoco sea totalmente incorrecto.
Mejor provide... for que provide... to.
Es incorrecto utilizar its workers. Ya que hablamos de compañías en plural, habría que decir their workers.

Tu respuesta es buena. Como dices, podría ser mejor aún si reescribieras el texto con tus propias palabras, pero según los criterios de corrección, copiar literalmente el texto relevante ya te proporciona el 50% de la puntuación. Si te fijas en las claves oficiales de respuestas para exámenes pasados, verás que a menudo, los cambios introducidos no son grandes y que se reutilizan muchas palabras e incluso expresiones que se hallan en el texto original.
